
One-on-One, personalized Zoom sessions are best suited for
newly-diagnosed Parkinson’s clients or for novice seniors that
have difficulty following exercise instructions. After personal
training individuals have learned the nuances behind the sets
and reps with exercise they can move to the video training. 30 minute sessions are for beginners while 45 min sessions
involve more intricate maneuvers and longer cardiovascular
sessions. Expectations include learning to avoid falls, building strength, climbing stairs with more stability, becoming more flexible, regaining confidence, feeling empowered and energized.
